You Are Not Alone

Psalms 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Most everyone knows this scripture in the Bible, but I just was thinking about those of you who are feeling alone right now and wanted to remind you of it! Because it is so true! You are never alone, God is with you, even when you do not feel Him, He is there!

All of us have experienced dark times in life, times of pain, frustration, confusion, doubt, fear, loneliness, sadness ... this is a part of being human. But we should take comfort in knowing that God cares. And just like when my son or daughter is hurting I hurt for them, even with them, often times I can not take the pain away, all I can do is be there when they turn to me. Turn to God today, He is waiting!

And can I just say on a practical note here; don't withdraw from your friends, your church and from your family ... run to them!

MY PRAYER FOR YOU:

Dear God, wrap your loving arms around each person who feels alone, may they feel your presence in their heart, in their life ... comfort them in this time ... may they know that you are there, right beside them ... may they allow you to guide and direct them safely to the other side of the situation they find themselves in, in Christ name, Amen!
